The captain of our ship, Stacey is a highly experienced and driven PR and communications powerhouse. She has led campaigns and key projects for many large Australian and International lifestyle brands including UNIQLO, Champion, Cotton On, Wittner, Rodd & Gunn, Calvin Klein watches and Vranken-Pommery.

She has also led press events and campaigns globally in New Zealand, New York and Tokyo.

With well over a decade of agency experience under her belt, Stacey knows how to quickly ascertain what a client needs and how best to deliver.

With exceptional networks and business acumen, Stacey steers the Tide ship with integrity, tenacity and an infectiously optimistic personality.

Nick is the Group Managing Director of Hardie Grant Media, one of Australia’s largest independent marketing networks, and part of the broader Hardie Grant group.

Tide has formed part of the Hardie Grant Media network since 2018 and works closely with the group’s other agencies including content & publishing agency, Heads & Tales, digital marketing agency, Reload Media, and video and creative production agency, Sherpa - delivering an end-to-end service for clients.

Nick brings big-picture thinking to the team and ensures all agency outputs push boundaries, deliver ROI and remain best-in-class.

Jess is a proven communications professional with over 16 years agency experience including owning and operating a large national creative communications agency and subsequently working across some of Australia’s most prominent brand and business including Vicinity Centres (Chadstone Shopping Centre, Emporium Melbourne etc), Mondelez, UNIQLO, Nike and the Australian Venue Company. Jess brings a strategic, creative flair to the business with a focus on delivering on-brand tangible business outcomes for clients – a unique combination in PR agency.Jess’ expertise extends across leadership, growth and strategy ensuring she applies an expansive lens to every brief.

Kate is an exceptional brand marketer with decades of diverse experience on both client and agency side. A founding senior mentor in the MADC Aunties Program, Kate has worked with a multitude of iconic brands including NAB, Libra, SEEK, Virgin Australia, TAC, Mercedes-Benz, and Dan Murphy’s.

Kate has delivered brand, content and marketing programs for B2C and B2B audiences and believes brand strategy and distinctive brand experiences are what separates good from great organisations.

With over 17 years of experience, Erin has worked in Design (JohnstonWorks UK), Advertising (Ogilvy), and Creative Production at a PR/Video Storytelling agency where she served as the Head of Production.

Erin, a true creative at heart, has produced and directed compelling brand storytelling content for clients such as McDonald's, AGL, La Trobe University, Vic Gov, and IGA. One of the highlights of her career was interviewing Sarah Jessica Parker for David Jones, directing Shane Jacobson for IGA, producing McHappy Day with international ambassadors Katie Holmes and Eva Mendes, and working with the renowned Ray Martin.

Erin's strengths lie in creative ideation, talent management and bridging the gap between PR and video content.

Mimi is well equipped in traditional PR, social and influencer management and always ensures her client is capturing the attention of consumers nationwide. A creative at heart and always eyeing off the competition, Mimi has her fingers on the pulse and is constantly striving to push boundaries and think outside the box.

Zoe prides herself on her creative thinking, strategic approach, attention to detail and positive can-do attitude.

Sara is a communications professional with over five years’ experience in the industry across traditional media relations, influencer marketing and events, she has worked on campaigns for a broad range of clients across the lifestyle, hospitality and fashion sectors and has extensive showroom management experience. She has worked across projects from concept to execution for leading clients such as Ena Pelly, Target, H&M, Hype DC, and Hotel Railway. She is a passionate writer and storyteller, with a background in journalism and a knack for injecting passion into everything she does. She's always keen to go the extra mile and ensure above and beyond results for her clients.

Bright, bubbly and full of life, Ash is a shining light in our team. With exceptional interpersonal skills, Ash forms close relationships with her clients and works hard to deliver on (and exceed) objectives. Initially immersing herself in the fashion sector, Ash worked with iconic Australian brands such as Wittner, St Cloud, Volley and TORANNCE. More recently, Ash has been exposed to a variety of lifestyle brands such as Mars Wrigley, Cobs Popcorn, The Lume and Circus Du Soleil. Creative, kind, hard-working and dynamic – Ash is an integral part of our PR account management team.
